NO SHOES NATION – You can tell when Kenny Chesney is fired up about new music. Starting with his “TODAY” Citi Concert Series appearance at Rockefeller Plaza, the new music goes down easy – and the band is in great form. With all the positive energy and forward motion, the man who closed out his second Sphere residency wasn’t ready to shut it down for the year.

“This new music – maybe because we’ve had so much time to get it to this place – has taken me back to when albums mattered, the songs kind of spoke to each other, and we found some really special, unusual things,” says the East Tennessee songwriter/superstar who announced a 19-city stadium tour earlier this week. “Between loving this record and just getting to play a little bit at ‘TODAY,’ I figured we should keep rocking – and maybe make it a little bit bigger than a Keg in the Keys or Keg in the Closet show.

“So, we got everybody together… and we’re taking over the Pinnacle in Nashville. One night only, probably not more than a couple thousand tickets, and we’re trying to make it fun and fair to get in. If the band and I can get it together, we’re gonna play five, six, maybe even seven of these eleven songs, and I can’t wait.”

With HEY NOW Records jumping in to build an activation on the plaza around the Pinnacle, Chesney is doing what he does best: throwing a party on short notice, throwing open the doors and turning the music up loud. “I want to share this excitement with everybody, which is why we’re gonna put this on No Shoes Radio, but for the people who can get their hands on these tickets, I can’t wait to see the joy and whatever energy they bring to this new music.

Silver Sands Marina is finally gonna be here, and seeing the reaction just to the title track, ‘Goldfish’ and ‘Carry On’ at ‘TODAY,’ I think this is going to be one of those times where new music actually takes people higher. So, here we go… and to everybody who works with me who’s pulling their hair out, just know: you’re gonna have a lot of fun, too.”

Limited tickets to the high-demand event will be priced at $10 and made available through Fair AXS. Fans can register now through tomorrow, Sept. 19 at 9 p.m. CT at THIS LINK for an opportunity to purchase tickets. Selected fans will receive a private purchase link tied to their AXS account.

Fair AXS empowers artists to sell their tickets directly to fans – not bots – at the prices they choose. Fans can sign up during a flexible registration window at a time that works best for them, instead of rushing to check out the moment tickets go on sale. This approach replaces a one-size-fits-all model, allowing each event to be tailored by market and aligned with local regulations – and the artist’s philosophy. By combining identity-based ticketing, transparent policies, and artists’ ownership of their own data, Fair AXS gives artists meaningful control over how their tickets are sold and creates a fairer experience for fans.

On Thursday, Sept. 24 from 5-10 p.m. CT on and Friday, Sept. 25 from 12-10 p.m. CT, fans can immerse themselves in the world of the Silver Sands Marina album at the Pinnacle plaza activation space. In addition to life-size buildouts, photo moments, food trucks, bars and more, they’ll also be able to purchase physical copies of the album including signed vinyls and CDs plus special variants.

With the Original Vibe Room Tour name being inspired by that blast of excitement, the insanity of those first years of selling a million tickets every summer, that passion continues driving the launch of Silver Sands Marina. Having delivered songs that have both defined coming of age across the country and soundtracked the moments that define a life, Chesney is feeling the moment – and wanting to take everyone along for the ride.

“I love the idea that songs can give people their lives in three- and four-minute pieces, that it can lift them up or thrill them when they most deserve and need it. When I started listening back, I said, ‘Why wait for the tour?’ The band is so hot, and we’re having so much fun, we figured we’d learn some of these songs and go for it… Come be part of it, and know even if you’re just listening, I think that energy will carry through your speakers.”
