Gibson Unveils the Les Paul Modern Studio, A Legendary Les Paul Studio, Updated With Modern Refinements, Available Worldwide on Gibson.com

For 130 years, Gibson has shaped sound across generations and genres of music, becoming one of the most relevant, played, and loved guitar brands around the world. Introducing the new Gibson Les Paul Modern Studio, a sleek evolution of the beloved Les Paul Studio. The Gibson Les Paul Modern Studio is available at all authorized Gibson dealers in Wine Red Satin, Smokehouse Satin and a Worn White finish, and an exclusive version in Manhattan Midnight Satin finish is available only via the Gibson Garage Nashville, and on Gibson.com.

For years, the Les Paul Studio has been the choice of countless guitarists who appreciate the combination of an Ultra-Modern weight-relieved mahogany body and maple cap paired with simplified cosmetic appointments. This cherished model has now been refined as the Les Paul Modern Studio. Part of the Modern Collection, which also includes the recently introduced Les Paul Modern Lite and Les Paul Modern Figured models, the Les Paul Modern Studio incorporates improvements and enhanced features, many taken directly from the Les Paul Modern, including a bound ebony fretboard with a compound radius for improved action and enhanced playability, a Modern Contoured Heel for exceptional upper-fret access, black nickel hardware, and in addition to coil tapping, additional switching for control over phase and pure bypass. The Les Paul Modern Studio is available in a Wine Red Satin, Smokehouse Satin, and Worn White finish, a soft shell guitar case is included with this no-nonsense, high-performance tone machine.
