New Zealand’s highest-charting band at Active Rock radio, Like A Storm has just released 2 new singles with lead vocalist Kellin Quinn of Sleeping With Sirens & rap/rock heavy-hitter Hyro The Hero.
Fresh off of their previous collaboration with ex-Megadeth/Guitar Virtuoso Marty Friedman, “Dead of Winter,” this time around LAS teamed up with Quinn & HTH for a thumping cover of the hit
Usher classic “Yeah!” and an original single with HTH, “ALL F*CKED (Live It Up)” (both out now on EDGEOUT Records/UMe).

While putting the finishing touches on “Yeah!” LAS invited HTH to collaborate on their new single.
Says Chris, of the inspiration behind the track’s meaning, “The world is in absolute chaos these days, and everywhere we turn we’re bombarded with news of impending doom.”
“As a result,” Chris continues, “We’re living in this state of extreme anxiety both as humanity and as individuals. Everything is “fucked” not only all around you, but within you as well. We’re so fixated on
worrying about what may happen tomorrow that we’re robbing ourselves of the chance to truly live today.
This song is about breaking that paradigm, because if today was your last day it’s even more important to make the most of it.”
“Both Kellin and Hyro are just awesome dudes in general, great to work with – you can just tell when listening to the recordings that we all had a blast making these tracks,” says Kent.
