LILY ROSE DELIVERS NEW MUSIC WITH FIERY NEW TRACK “I DON’T SMOKE”

Big Loud / Back Blocks Music and Republic Records artist on the rise Lily Rose drops brand-new song “I Don’t Smoke” on Sept. 3 amid groundbreaking success. Continuing with her “confident ease blending musical styles” (Rolling Stone), Rose delivers the upbeat new track to fans, paired with a new lyric video available everywhere today.

“To me, ‘I Don’t Smoke’ is the perfect example of pop-country. With the production, melody, and lyric all leaning into the newer-aged Country genre, I am so proud to release the song,” shares Rose. “It’s my favorite to play live, and I’m excited to get it out for folks to learn the words!”

Produced by hitmaker Joey Moi and written by Lalo Guzman, Michael Tyler and Daniel Breland, “I Don’t Smoke” marks Rose’s fifth release since “the charming singer-songwriter” (Music Row) came blazing onto the Country scene in Dec. 2020 with her debut track “Villain.”

With the release of “I Don’t Smoke,” Rose has “continued her hot streak” (Spin) she’s set forth with previous releases “Know My Way Around,” “Remind Me of You” and “Overnight Sensation.” And in less than a calendar year full of critical acclaim, Rose has garnered 72M global streams. As Rose rounds out her stacked summer playing fairs and festivals, the “rising star” (Billboard) is prepped and ready to join Chris Lane’s Fill Them Boots Tour which kicks off in Memphis on Oct. 28.
