Eclipse Records is excited to announce the signing of SIXTY MILES AHEAD to an exclusive, worldwide deal. Sixty Miles Ahead are a hard rock band hailing from the suburbs of Milan, Italy. Formed in 2011, the quartet has proven to be one of the most interesting outfits in their country, thanks to their impactful, captivating sound. Their ability to hybridize hard rock canons with heavy metal and a hint of contemporary rock makes them a unique addition to the Eclipse Records roster.

In 2012, the band released their debut full-length album “Millions of Burning Flames” via German label, Antstreet Records. After parting ways with Antstreet in early 2015, the band began recording new material. Shortly after the album was finished, Sixty Miles Ahead was signed to Eclipse Records (Mushroomhead, Bobaflex, A Breach of Silence).

Guitarist Fulvio Carlini said of the signing, “We’ve been in touch with Eclipse Records for many years, and now we’re excited to finally be working together.” Vocalist Sandro Casali added, “It’s always been a dream to be heard all around the world, especially in the United States, and that dream is finally coming true!”

Sixty Miles Ahead recently finished mixing and mastering a new full-length album entitled ‘Insanity’. The album consists of twelve brand new songs, and is currently slated for release on October 21, 2016. At this point the four-piece seems unstoppable and the band is ready to meet and shake the global rock scene with their new full-length album.  Stand up and get ready to rock, because your ears are in for a treat!
