Techno/industrial duo Noah Veil and Sylvain Montenegro have formed Noah Veil & The Dogs of Heaven. With a mix of their shared enthusiasm for metal, punk, techno, power pop and goth; the duo have released their debut ‘Forever Immortal’ in 2016. The duo signed a licensing and distribution deal
in August, 2016 with German-based record label 7hard/7us.
